The collection of this personal data takes place on a voluntary basis, if this is possible. We also only pass this data on to third parties with your express consent. We ensure a high level of security for particularly confidential data such as in payment transactions or with regard to your inquiries to us by using SSL encryption. However, we would like to take this opportunity to point out the general dangers of Internet use over which we have no control. Especially in e-mail traffic, your data is not secure without further precautions and may be collected by third parties.

reCAPTCHA

To protect your requests via contact form, we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google LLC (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other data from Google. The deviating data protection regulations of the Google company apply to this data. For more information on Google's privacy policy, please visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en .

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you can contact me at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases: If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by me, I usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of the data processing instead of the deletion. If I no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure. If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, a balancing of your and my interests must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data, apart from being stored, may only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

Browser plugin

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to me as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to advertising e-mails

Within the legal imprint obligation I have to publish my contact data. These are partly used by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information. I hereby object to any sending of advertising material of any kind not expressly authorized by us. Furthermore, I expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the unwanted and unsolicited sending of advertising material. This applies in particular to so-called spam e-mails, spam letters and spam faxes. I point out that the unauthorized transmission of advertising material can affect competition law, civil law and criminal law. Especially spam e-mails and spam faxes can lead to high claims for damages if they disrupt business operations by overfilling mailboxes or fax machines.

Inquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact me by e-mail, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of processing your request. I will not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests sent to me (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if this was requested.
The data you send to me via contact requests will remain with me until you ask me to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions, in particular legal retention periods, remain unaffected.

Facebook plugins (Like button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated on our pages. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like button" ("Like") on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ .
When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. For more information, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Data protection provisions about the application and use of Instagram

There is a passive link to Instagram on our website. As the operator of anme-ngo.eu, we are not liable for the content of Instragram. We would merely like to draw your attention to the GDPR provision. You will only be asked by the Instagram service to give your consent to use the service in the second step.

The operating company of the Instagram services is Instagram LLC, 1 Hacker Way, Building 14 First Floor, Menlo Park, CA, USA.
With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the controller and on which an Instagram component (Insta button) was integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to the download of a display of the corresponding Instagram component of Instagram. As part of this technical process, Instagram receives information about which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject.
f the data subject is logged in to Instagram at the same time, Instagram recognises which specific sub-page the data subject is visiting each time the data subject accesses our website and for the entire duration of their stay on our website. This information is collected by the Instagram component and assigned by Instagram to the respective Instagram account of the data subject. If the data subject clicks on one of the Instagram buttons integrated on our website, the data and information transmitted with it is assigned to the personal Instagram user account of the data subject and stored and processed by Instagram.
Instagram always receives information via the Instagram component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to Instagram at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Instagram component or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to Instagram, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their Instagram account before accessing our website. Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Instagram may be retrieved under: https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870/?cms_id=581066165581870 and https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.
